Cancellation Policy:

•  More than 30 days notice of cancellation receives full refund minus 7% handling fees. Cancellations 8-29 days notice will be charged 50%, less than 7 days will be charge 100% of the total nights booked. This rule only applies to room bookings and NOT towards meals or activities booked.

• We do take in consideration our guests at Arte de Plumas and all cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you have had something happen beyond your control, please contact us and we will do our best to help you move your stay to another date or send a refund if possible.
